BioSistemika expands ecosystem with automated qPCR laboratory software
At BioSistemika, our overarching mission is to solve the world’s most complex data challenges by bridging advanced software with cutting-edge life science. As we continue to develop Datana as the ultimate sustainable storage for digital data, we are also looking at broader laboratory challenges. Today, we are excited to share an important company milestone that expands our technological ecosystem: the launch of GeneBlink.
Both Datana and modern diagnostic laboratories share a common foundation: complex molecular biology workflows. As the use of analytical techniques such as qPCR grows exponentially across global diagnostic environments, laboratories are facing a massive data-analysis bottleneck. Many qPCR workflows still rely on fragmented, instrument-specific software, manual threshold adjustments, and tedious Excel-based processing. This fragmentation slows down reporting, increases variability, and puts unnecessary pressure on highly skilled scientific staff.
While Datana is pioneering the future of long-term data storage, BioSistemika’s newest solution is solving the laboratory data analysis crisis.
We are proud to introduce our sister project, GeneBlink, a new smart qPCR data analysis software designed to replace fragmented manual processes with one centralized platform. GeneBlink automatically collects raw run files from multiple qPCR instruments and applies predefined, assay-specific interpretation logic. By standardizing interpretation ranges and control evaluations, GeneBlink moves teams from raw data to validated results in minutes, entirely eliminating the need for manual interpretation.
GeneBlink, qPCR data analysis software
Because GeneBlink is built specifically for regulated diagnostic environments, it ensures seamless integration with laboratory information systems (LIS/LIMS) while supporting IVDR and 21 CFR Part 11 workflows through full audit trails and electronic signatures.
Whether we are storing data in immutable DNA for generations to come, or automating the immediate analysis of complex amplification and melt curves for diagnostic laboratories, BioSistemika remains dedicated to supporting laboratories of the future.
